Devin Culp has the physical talent to be a great TE. He needs to be coached properly and given opportunities.

As of 7 Feb 2025 Kieft age 27 years 18 days Otton age 25 years 298 days Durham 24 years 237 days Devin 'Curly' Culp age 25 years 5 days Durham and Culp looked good. Durham took over as TE1 in Cade's absence and played well. Culp is a small sample size that looks good. How well he can block will be important. The only upgrade would be a tight end that can block as well as Kieft but be more productive in passing game.

TE will be an undrafted free agent.

I would say, just leave it up to JL & TB to assemble the missing pieces together! Remember throughout last season those who wanted cOEN to be HC and yadda yadda yaddah?! Yeah, good call on that one.. DUUVAAAALLL🫵🤣

With our Offense..ANY OC is gonna get the credit for this amazing Offense unless they're completely inept. As a Lions fan once told me, losing OC's every season is a good problem to have because it means your Offense is Beast!

Coen never utilized all 3 RBs as he should...if we are excelling at running the ball...that's what you do...like in that Saints game...why they went from that is beyond me...Eagles best Washington just that way...qb stats are not always the issue...winning is!!!

I hope Grizzard utilizes all 3 running backs better. Coen stunk at that. Never knew how or when to put Sean Tucker in. Truly was sad to see. Utilizing your personal is VERY important. Coen didn't know how to work WRs like Jarrett in or Palmer in until he had to. Need a better mix earlier, better packages earlier. Another thing Coen did wrong was got cute with the play calling at the WRONG times. Example: calling an end around to McMillan where Baker fumbles in the Wild card game. There is no need for that BS. You were running the ball well. Should of switched to Tucker, gashed them between Bucky and Tucker for a long time-consuming drive. Letting baker do a qb keeper on a 2nd and 1 on commanders 11 yard line. The play before the early snap on 3rd and 1. Horrible call. Coen did that a lot this season. Did that in the KC game. The first and second Falcons game. The system works. Coen's play calling got strange in key moments of games.

It don't matter cause Baker never has a loyal OC to keep his career stable. This is why we can never build anything solid off the prior season. It's frustrating af to watch a team with so much potential get abandoned year after year in the same coaching position because OC's get ALL the credit when they're on the Bucs.
